Multidisciplinary approach
My therapeutic blend addresses the whole person. What I have found to be crucial for addressing root causes and creating life long change is both—understanding how our mind works, understanding our patterns, building the observing brain (top down) and having and experiential understanding our regulatory system and how to regulating our nervous system (bottom up). My approach will help you build insight and new skills that will help you feel more confident, connected, and flexible and able to navigate anything that life throws your way.
