About Me
I have decades of experience helping people navigating life’s challenges. From working with at-risk youth in wilderness therapy programs, to helping people navigate physical pain and postural dysfunction through bodywork, to helping people struggling with medication withdrawal and substance abuse. I know the many sides of supporting poeple who long for change and a more fulfilling life. Prior to becoming a therapist I ran my own private massage and bodywork practice and was a massage instructor.
Through my own personal experience of receiving the right support to help me navigate challenges I have dedicated my life’s work to helping others do the same.
I am passionate about social justice and dedicated to playing a role in creating a more just and equitable world for all people. When I am not working, I love spending time outdoors— surfing, hiking, biking, and connecting.
