About me
I have a broad range of experience helping people navigating life’s challenges that influences my work today. From working with at-risk youth in wilderness therapy programs, from running my own massage therapy private practice to helping people navigate physical pain and postural dysfunction. From serving on the core faculty of Arizona School of Integrative Studies as a massage instructor, to helping people struggling with medication withdrawal and substance abuse at a holistic detox center. I know the many sides of supporting people who long for change and a more fulfilling life.
When I am not working, enjoy spending time outdoors— surfing, hiking, biking, travelling, and enjoying music.
